Wedding Planner
When you work with us, you will instantly feel the stress slip away! Start with an on-site meeting with your experienced wedding planner to go over the details of your day, as we learn about your vision and help you develop your timeline. After that meeting you will have complete access to your planner for all questions!
Our job is truly listening to you and understanding the vision you’ve already created for the day. We help you decide on your vendors and then continue work as your liaison to make sure that everything you need and want is covered! We are thoughtful and detail oriented- nothing falls thru the cracks when you have a team like ours! We work with some of the areas most incredible vendors- check out our Instagram and facebook pages! We love what we do and it shows!
Wedding Planner Package ( starting at $2800.) includes:
*Initial Meeting
*Assistance with location selection- 2 onsite visits
*Formulation of wedding-day timeline , Vendor suggestions and quote proposals.
*Coordination of all wedding professionals selected by bride and groom.
*Review of vendor contracts. *Conducting the wedding rehearsal.
*Coordinating all activities, vendors, day-of timelines on your wedding day.
*We can hold and are responsible for all vendor payments.
Vendor Selections not included are Invitation choice and mailings,
miscellaneous vendor tastings and visits.
Although we happily set these appointments up for you!
Day of Coordinator
Our area is filled with savvy couples, who are able to get main vendors selections of their wedding day together without a ton of assistance, but that doesn’t mean that they should go it alone on their big day!
We are there to help couples execute the plans and details that you’ve spent so much money and time pulling together. The day-of coordinator can be a life saver for couples who don’t have the budget for a full-service planner; but realize, close to the wedding, that they shouldn’t leave the day-of chaos in the hands of their mother or maid of honor. Remember, your family and friends are your guests too, and you want them to be able to relax and enjoy your wedding!
Remember, once all your own planning is done, your day-of coordinator becomes your spokesperson. We will reach out to all of your vendors to make sure that everyone is on the same page!
Day Of Wedding Coordinator Package ( starting at $1200.) includes:
*Initial Meeting
*On-Site Meeting (at booking)
Four weeks before your big day:
*Formulation of wedding-day timeline and distribution to all vendors, wedding party, etc)
*Coordination of all wedding professionals selected by bride and groom. Review of vendor quotes. (These quotes/ suppliers are chosen by you, negotiated by you and paid directly by you)
*Conducting the wedding rehearsal the day before.
*Coordinating all activities, vendors, day-of timelines. ( Eight hours included.)
*We can hold and are responsible for all vendor payments.
